A fusion of influences has resulted in these Nike Air Max 270 Bowfin Shoes. The Bowfin fish, also known as a dogfish has provided inspiration for colour and texture whilst a blend of design notes from active outdoor footwear has helped form the silhouette. An exciting feature is the addition of Nike’s largest Max Air unit, which is sure to set you up with more than enough comfort and support, wherever you choose to wear this style. This is a really stand out edition that combines elements of water moccasins and trail running shoes, the heavily patterned aesthetic integrates layers of fabrics, perforated detailing and size adjuster straps. Various panels have been constructed in durable textiles chosen in cone beige, darker desert grey and black and phantom white. There’s a heavy amount of breathability which not only adds ventilation but also a unique, patterned finish. Taking note from sportswear styling, the lace up has been reimagined, bringing straps together into a toggle adjuster. The toes have been edged with synthetic leather which matches the heel tab, multiple branding details have been added including two embroidered Nike swoosh ticks, vivid orange labels and a final tick on the sole.
